Job Description
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, auditing in compliance with KSA rules and regulations
- Designing/Overseeing the business model and strategies in consultation with Board, CEO, BU Heads
- Acts as a partner to business leaders, towards achieving group’s strategic objectives
- Execute the financial strategy of the group
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures (as per local governance eg IFRS, IAS etc)
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
- Support the Board, CEO, BU Heads with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans, also for statutory submissions
- Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required by GAZT and support in IPO launch
- Regular interaction with Board, CEO, BU Heads, other department heads, team members.
- Continuous interaction with governance authorities (Tadawul, GAZT, Compliance etc).
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relate field (MBA preferred) or Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)
- PQE 10+ years of successful track record of leading finance operations in BFSI, Tech, Finance, Start-up business or any operational intensive sectorss.
- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting, managed corporate governance; exposure in IFRS implementation and IPO listing is an advantage.
- Conceptually strong in finance.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
