Description:
·Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of majorclients to ensure they do not turn to competition
· Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs andrequirements
·Expanding the relationships with existing customers bycontinuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
·Ensure the correct products and services are delivered tocustomers in a timely manner
·Serve as the link of communication between key customers andinternal teams
·Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and dealwith complaints to maintain trust
·Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turninto long-lasting relationships
·Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts tointernal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
·Any other tasks assigned to him related to hisfield of work.
Experience Required:
·5 years of progressive sales experience, of which at least 3 years in a management role in a catering or food company & (HORECA)
