Job Description:**Manager, Human Capital Operations**

**Job Description & Summary**

The Manager, Human Capital Operations holds responsibility for the oversight and optimization of Human Resources operations across multiple geographic regions. This individual ensures the consistent execution of HR processes, adherence to organizational policies and relevant labor legislation, and the provision of efficient and high-quality HR services. The role involves direct management of a team of six Associates, with a focus on supporting organizational objectives pertaining to the employee lifecycle, data integrity, and excellence in service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **HR Operations Management:** Provide comprehensive oversight of end-to-end HR operations across three regions, ensuring standardized processes and policy compliance. Manage HR administration, encompassing employee records, contracts, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR information systems. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and status modifications. Monitor and enhance HR operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including turnaround time, accuracy, and employee satisfaction metrics.

2. **Team Leadership & Development:** Lead, coach, and facilitate the professional development of a team of six HR Associates situated across various regions. Cultivate a collaborative and service-oriented ethos within the HR operations team. Conduct periodic performance appraisals and identify opportunities for team development.

3. **Process Improvement & Standardization:** Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives designed to optimize HR service delivery and process efficiency. Support the implementation of automation and digitalization opportunities within HR operations. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent application across all regions.

4. **Compliance & Governance:** Ensure HR practices are conducted in full compliance with applicable local labor laws, organizational policies, and relevant regulatory mandates. Provide support for internal and external audits and maintain thorough documentation for all HR processes. Mitigate risks associated with data privacy, employee records, and HR transactions.

5. **HR Systems & Reporting:** Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

* **Education:** A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
* **Experience:** A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of HR experience, with at least two (2) years in an HR operations management capacity is essential.
* **Regional Experience:** Demonstrated experience managing HR operations across multiple regions or branch locations is necessary.
