Job Description :
- Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team, to achieve the assigned sales targets and to increase the market share with regards to the assigned product portfolio.
- implement the sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory.
- Ensure achievement of Sales targets.
- Increase market share and correct products positioning.
- Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the sales team reporting unto him.
- A proper prospective system in order to ensure that all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales.
- Responsible to ensure to motivate of his sales team.
- Works closely with the sales team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.

Job Requirements :
- Graduate B. Sc. in related field .
- good knowledge with HP, Dell , Lenovo products
- At least 8-15years sales and marketing experience in IT Hardware sales industry.
- Influencing, persuading, negotiating and Hard worker.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent level of speaking & Written English Communication Skills
