The Red Sea development, poised to become a premier luxury beachside destination, encompasses pristine islands and lagoons along a 200-kilometer stretch of the western Saudi Arabian coastline, situated between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the central hub of the development, featuring a yacht marina, recreational and lifestyle amenities, retail establishments, and an 18-hole golf course, among other facilities. The Red Sea destination is being developed with a focus on sustainable practices and tourism, with the master plan incorporating sophisticated marine spatial planning simulations to model the environmental impact of development and operations, thereby minimizing over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will utilize renewable energy sources and will only develop a limited portion of the islands, with extensive conservation areas. The new Four Seasons Resort will feature approximately 149 rooms and suites, all offering unobstructed views of pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also include six restaurants and lounges, meeting and event spaces, a marine discovery center, a Kids for All Seasons area, and other amenities. Guests can anticipate a comprehensive range of activities, including relaxation and recreation, as well as diverse water sports. The resort will also feature a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and separate beaches for families and adults, perfect for sunbathing or exploring the coral reefs.
**Position: Guest Service Agent**
As a Guest Service Agent at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will serve as the initial point of contact for arriving guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests with confirmed flight details receive a warm welcome, prompt assistance with their luggage, and seamless transportation to the resort.
This involves proactively monitoring flight arrivals and collaborating closely with the Front Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams to deliver a worry-free experience from the moment guests disembark. Your professionalism and attention to detail are essential for accurately identifying guests, communicating updates or delays to relevant teams, and facilitating a smooth transition to their resort experience.
This role requires both physical capability and exceptional interpersonal skills, as assisting with luggage and providing clear transportation guidance are integral to the guest journey. Furthermore, your positive demeanor and genuine care contribute to establishing the luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that defines Four Seasons service.
Your presence at the airport extends beyond logistical support, providing reassurance, guidance, and a sincere welcome that reflects the prestige of Four Seasons Red Sea.
**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated customer service orientation with a warm and welcoming disposition.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or a guest-facing role.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Attention to detail, particularly in managing guest information and logistics.
