Job Description :

Review of assigned organizational and functional activities Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls over those activities.Determine whether organizational units are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, risk management, or control activities in compliance with management instructions, applicable statements of policy and procedures, and in a manner consistent with both organizational objectives and high standards of administrative practice.Plan and execute engagements in accordance with accepted standards and laws.Report engagement observations and make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations, and reducing costs.Perform special reviews at the request of managementDevelop, support, and lead processes focused on improving the efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of business. Responsible for working with management to identify opportunities for improvement, measure and analyze current business processes, and redesign processes to meet the needs of a complex and growing business.Protect Company physical assets including public and internal dishonesty, procedural failure, administrative error, and wastage, as well as maximized profit ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of operations.Risk Assessment & Key controls reviewEffectively present information and respond to questions from management and executives.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor of Commerce (accounting section).14+ years experience in Audit preferred from 5 to 7 years experience in Audit FirmFertilizers or FMCG experience is a plus.ESSA or CIA certificate is preferred.Excellent report writing skillsExcellent documentation, Communication, and Presentation skills.High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
