Job Description

·  Provide professional advice to senior management in all areas of Human Resources including payroll, learning and development, employment law, HR policies & procedures, best practice and workforce development. 

·      Develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the Group Human Resource compliance and strategy needs.

·      Administers and oversees the administration of Human Resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance management system, learning and development.

·      Analyze and review Human Resources statistical reports so that key issues and resources are adjusted accordingly. 

·      Ensure employees training requirements are well managed and monitored. 

·      Ensures the Group compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.

·      Manage the implementation of recruitment in a way that attract the best calibers.

·      Plan, develops and implements Human Resources yearly budget.

·      Any other duties related to the job.
