Introduction:
REACT Group, a distinguished name in the integrated communication business network since 2006, is undergoing a full brand identity revamp. As part of this exciting transformation, we are expanding our reach with a new branch in Dubai. In line with this expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Finalizer.
Overview:
The Graphic Designer – Finalizer at REACT Group will be the last checkpoint in our creative process. This critical role involves honing the finer details of our visual outputs and guaranteeing that the final versions of our projects are flawless and align with our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the creative team, including designers and art directors, to align all visual elements with the campaign’s vision.
- Examine and enhance designs, artwork, and layouts to meet client requirements, brand guidelines, and industry benchmarks.
- Prepare files for various media outputs, ensuring optimal formatting, dimensioning, and color accuracy.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all final pieces, meticulously reviewing details and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and developers, to ensure accurate production and timely delivery.
- Manage an effective workflow, handling several projects at once without compromising on deadlines.
- Stay on top of the latest industry developments, software, and production techniques to continually elevate the quality of work.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Dubai.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a finalizing or artwork role within an ad agency or creative environment.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- An eye for detail unmatched in its ability to spot and fix design inconsistencies.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a high-pressure setting.
- Effective communication skills and a team player ethos, contributing to a synergistic work environment.
- A proactive nature, ready to take charge of tasks and bring them to a successful conclusion.
