Position Title: General Manager – Construction

Job Description:
- Take appropriate business decisions to ensure the achievement of Cell/Division’s target and meet the Company’s Strategic Objectives.
- Company’s day-to-day activities covering Projects, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Production, and Marketing matters.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
- Supervise construction managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
- Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within budget.
- Create, own, and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Jordanian, Lebanese, Egyptian, or Palestinian nationals
- Male, 55 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- At least 10 years of UAE experience in the same role preferably from construction – residential and commercial industry; 7 years in senior position
- Must have PMP certification and Business certification
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications
