Maintaining accounts receivable & Account payable files. Recording related transactions on Computerized operation System.Verifying receivables balances and monitoring the customers balances confirmation.Performing accounts reconciliations.Monitoring the application of credit policy.Summarize current financial status by collecting informationmonth and end-year processaccounts payable/receivablecash receiptsgeneral ledgerpayroll and utilitiestreasury, budgetingrevenue and expenditure variance analysiscapital assets reconciliationstrust account statement reconciliations,fixed asset activitydebt activity Responsibilities Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxesHelp with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls auditAssess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvementsPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenessPerform ad hoc analysis and projects as requestedSupervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functionsWork with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
Job Requirements :
Accounting background+ 4 experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting should be Excellent accounting software user
