Job Description :
Supervise all regular accounting processes such Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.Journal entries and non-salary transfersMonthly and year-end closingsAnalyze different general ledger accounts regularly.Preparation of financial status reports for government agenciesManage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programsOrganize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.Applying all Accounting functions for a specific site.Review sub-contractors’ certificates with their contracts.Handling day to day accounts transactions.Verification of bills receivables & payable.Handling petty cash maintenance.Handling supplier bill payments.Communicate and report to accounting supervisor for all actions taken.Prepare and submits weekly progress reports.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Accounting ( 4 years construction IS MUST )Advanced Excel, word and PowerPoint skillsERP system user preferred Double clickCairo Resident preferred.
