Job Description:

Responsible for daily finance operations including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking matters, collection & preparing daily journal etc.
Support month-end and year-end closing process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Fill in all required files for VAT and other financial files
Filling all billing and expenses documents
Responsible for entering sales orders receipts and invoices on Segment daily
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow up on Accounts receivable and checking late payments, accounts and sending reminders.
Assist in preparing the taxation reports and monitoring budgets in Egypt
Assist in maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Handling all Social security’s requirements for employees.
