Job Description :
•Researching potential sponsors.•Reviewing funding proposals and sending these to potential sponsors.•Creating marketing and Promotional activities to attract donors•Developing fundraising events.•Maintaining records of sponsors.•Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.• Training volunteers.• Promote awareness of the university’s mission and work.• Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers.• Spot new fundraising opportunities.• Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals.• Form strong relationships with external stakeholders.• Ensure major donors are satisfied and kept in the loop.
Job Requirements :
·At least five years of experience in fundraising.·Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.·Ability to lead and motivate colleagues and volunteers.·Strong attention to detail and passion for research.·Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning significant events.
