Job Description:**Option: Focus on responsibilities and duties**

The incumbent will be responsible for the development and maintenance of user interface components utilizing React.js. This includes translating design wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive web applications, constructing reusable components and front-end libraries, and ensuring modularity and maintainability of these components. Optimization for performance across diverse web-capable devices and browsers is also a critical responsibility, as is the identification and resolution of performance-related issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and backend developers) is essential to align the final product with both business and user requirements. Active participation in code reviews, coupled with the provision of constructive feedback, is required. The incumbent will adhere to best practices for code organization and structure, producing clean, maintainable, and scalable code, and will develop unit and integration tests to ensure code robustness. Debugging and resolving issues as they arise are also core responsibilities. Furthermore, the incumbent will maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and knowledge pertaining to React.js and front-end development. Comprehensive documentation of technical specifications and code for future reference, including detailed component documentation, is mandatory. Responsibilities extend to enabling user interactions on web platforms and ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. Implementation of security measures to protect user data and application integrity, coupled with ongoing awareness of common security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies, is paramount.
