Job Description
- Welcome visitors with a professional and cheerful outlook, facilitating them to meet the required company personnel.
- Hospitality is the key to this profile. Welcoming guests, housekeeping maintenance, Ensuring the cleanliness of the crockery, dinning area, conference room etc.
- Assisting the Top Management and the teams as appropriate
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Use communication channels like telephone, emails, and fax to convey precise information as per the visitor’s requirement.
- Carry general clerical tasks like scanning, photocopying, faxing, and taking notes as per requirement.
Skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in operating MS Office Suite and relevant software.
- Sound command on effective management of existing tasks to enhance work output and create a smooth flow of in-house operations.
- Experienced professional with a proven record of managing administrative activities and improving company productivity.
- Keen eye on assessing current tasks as per priority and allot appropriate duration as per requirement.
- Good understanding of formal requirements, portraying eloquent communication skills and appearance.
