We are currently seeking a proficient French-speaking individual to join our team as a Case Manager / Customer Representative. This is a remote position offering a salary range of 500-700 USD per month, based on experience and qualifications.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer case and provide timely and accurate responses in French/English.Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.Handle case escalations with empathy and professionalism.Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
Skills
Previous association with a company in the role of a customer service executive or representative.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities.Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online toolsFluent in French (both written and verbal).Proven experience in customer service or case management roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.Available to work from 10 am to 7 pm Kyiv time (GMT+3)..
