Job Description
_Work to develop and implement business plans and budgets for commercial concession.
_Interpret monthly management accounts, standards, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
_Protect brand integrity by implementing and measuring programmers’ operating standards.
_Identify and inform the official training needs of the training department.
_Monitor information and feedback about the competitor’s activity within his or her area.
_Distribution plan and logistics process including specific requirements.
_Negotiate the terms and conditions of each concession agreement.
_Maintain the updated standard franchise guide, policies and procedures and ensure full compliance with all franchisees.
_Increase sales opportunities and expansion, ensure that standards are met as well as achieve sales/profit goals.
_Responsible for all franchise sales in the market, key performance indicators, trade, and marketing calendar that supports the territory’s annual business plan.
Skills
Bachelor. in business administration, marketing, or related.
At least 10 years of experience in managing the franchise in a similar role – preferred.
Good knowledge of fast food restaurants especially pizza.
