Job Description
- Collaborates with the Chef and other kitchen staff to plan menus, oversee food preparation, and provide cafeteria service.
- Trains, schedules, and supervises food services staff.
- Follow up on patient complaints
- Supervises stocking and operation of food and beverage machines in shared areas throughout the hospital.
- Ensures and/or maintains the safety and cleanliness of all food preparation, service, and work areas, tools, and facilities.
Skills
Knowledge of HACCP (food safety), national and international standards
