Job Description :

By providing deep sector insight, market research, and analysis.This individual will prepare research reports, deliver presentations to business proposals, and to provide specific insights and knowledge to other stake holders as needed within the associationMonitor and evaluate progress of transformation programs.Manage and maintain strategic committee schedules.Develop sustainability reports, presentations, or proposals for employee.Develop methodologies to assess the viability or success of sustainability initiatives.Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changesDevelop reports in Daily/weekly/monthly to monitor each unit KPI’sFollow-up with all department to ensure smooth running of transformation project and report any deviationRead and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.Review operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.Conduct searches to find needed information.Establish work procedures or schedules and keep track of the daily workDocument findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, identifying problems and improvements.Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.Advise others on business or operational matters.Confer with personnel to coordinate business operations.Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related fieldMBA is a Plus7 years working experienceStrong analytical and data gathering skillsStrong Follow-Up skillsHigh communication skillsNegotiation SkillsIntegrityInitiativeContinuous improvementAchievementAccountabilityDrive for ExcellencePreferred New Cairo residence
