Job Description:**Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects, specifically within generation, transmission, or distribution environments, complemented by at least five years of field-based experience in quality assurance, inspection coordination, or local representation. A demonstrated history of overseeing inspection delivery across fabrication yards, project sites, substations, and grid infrastructure is required, along with familiarity with the QA/QS requirements of major GCC utilities. A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is essential, with QA/QC training or certification (e.g., ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor) preferred. HSE training is desirable.

**Technical Skills:**

A solid understanding of inspection workflows and QA documentation pertaining to HV/LV electrical systems is mandatory. Proficiency in key standards and codes, including ISO 9001, IEC 60076 (transformers), IEC 62271 (switchgear), IEC 61000 (EMC/PQ), and FAT/SAT protocols, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate experience in field-level NCR management, QA/QC checklists, ITP monitoring, and vendor surveillance activities. The ability to validate technical deliverables, drawings, test results, and material traceability is critical. Familiarity with Power Quality (PQ), inspection reporting tools and QA databases is beneficial.

**Soft Skills:**

The successful candidate will exhibit culturally sensitive communication and diplomacy, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while escalating issues appropriately. They should be organized, reliable, accountable under field conditions, and proactive in resolving local delivery bottlenecks. A detail-oriented approach, with a focus on compliance and quality, is essential. The ability to mediate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate confidently in Arabic and English, particularly during in-country coordination and vendor interactions, is required.

**Performance Expectations:**

Performance will be evaluated based on the on-time completion of field inspections and report submissions, positive client feedback, minimal escalation of site-level issues, accuracy and completeness of QA records, inspector support satisfaction and schedule adherence, and successful validation of NCR closures and punch list items.

**Work Environment:**

This role is site-based, requiring daily engagement at client or vendor facilities, potentially across multiple locations within the country. Some local travel may be necessary. Candidates must be available for extended fieldwork and comfortable working in industrial, construction, or live asset environments.
