Job Description
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the shift operation of the Fleet Maintenance Division involved in the repair of automotive and heavy equipment, construction equipment, powered tools, and agricultural equipment, supervises and directs activities of personnel engaged in inspecting, repairing, maintaining, authorizing and dispatching general vehicles and specialized equipment. Performs fleet analysis, inventory control, training activities, and administrative duties; performs related duties, as required.

Responsibilities
- Help to purchase vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet
- Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles
- Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed
- Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules
- Coordinating Drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules
- Managing vehicle licensure and registration, MVPI and other legal related work
- Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training/Including training on how to handle puncture/tire burst
- Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
- Make sure workshops runs on economics and job cards
- Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
- Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Working proficiency in English and Arabic
· Skilled in using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Proven experience in the logistics industry
· A history of developing strong, value-add partnerships
· Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements
· Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
· Proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
