Fleet Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
– We are seeking a Fleet Manager to lead and oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal fleet performance, cost control, regulatory compliance, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in fleet management, logistics, and maintenance, with expertise in optimizing operations and reducing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with regulations.
– Develop and implement fleet maintenance programs to enhance vehicle reliability and longevity.
– Monitor fleet utilization and asset productivity to maximize revenue.
– Manage workshop operations, spare parts procurement, and cost optimization.
– Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
– Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions to improve safety.
– Prepare and manage fleet budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
– Lead and mentor the Fleet Operations and Maintenance teams to drive performance.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline fleet operations.
