> We are seeking a highly qualified Fire and Safety Consultant to assume additional responsibilities as a Business Development Manager. This dual role encompasses the execution of fire safety audits and the provision of expert consultancy services, ensuring strict adherence to Dubai Civil Defence standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, orchestrating project execution, and actively pursuing business development opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

> **Core Responsibilities:**

> * Achieve established sales targets through diligent business development activities and proactive client engagement.
> * Conduct thorough fire safety audits and risk assessments for diverse properties and facilities.
> * Formulate and implement comprehensive fire safety strategies, policies, and procedures that align with Dubai Civil Defence mandates.
> * Serve as the principal point of contact between the organization and its clientele, maintaining clear and consistent communication, ensuring seamless project coordination, and facilitating the timely satisfaction of client requirements.
> * Generate detailed and insightful fire safety reports, providing actionable recommendations to enhance compliance.
> * Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest Dubai Civil Defence regulations, the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and globally recognized fire safety standards.
> * Identify and diligently pursue new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s client portfolio.
> * Oversee the end-to-end business development cycle, encompassing lead generation through contract acquisition.
> * Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
