Job Description :
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.Maintain the financial health of the organization.Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.Lease with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.Manage the company’s financial planningOversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.Supervise financial reporting and budgeting team.Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.Work well with the CEO to develop the strategic plan.Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operationsManage and retain relationships with various vendors
Job Requirements :
Excellent communication skills.A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databasesAble to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being usedExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns10+ Years of experience in FMCG industryProven experience as a Financial ManagerRelevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.Experience with ERP Systems
