Job DescriptionExecute the cash flow procedures into and out of the organization in order to maintain liquidity requirements. To be a Cash Flow Analyst typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Managing all general accounting operations.Preparing American diaries & Trial balance for the ended period.Develop, implement, modify and document record-keeping and accounting systems, and make use of current computer technology.Proof of the limitations of the accounting operations in the public and public libraries and the transfer to analytical books and assistant ledgers as stated in the accounting system followed by the institution.Compiling the general journal, the general professor and the analytical books on a monthly basis in order to prepare the balances and to ascertain their validity to reach the results of the business and the financial status of the institution.Matching the cash with the cashier with the book installer daily.At the end of each month, the bank accounts balances shall be reviewed and reconciled with the accounts of these banks and the necessary adjustments shall be madePrepare monthly statements of accounts sent to each of the customers and suppliers and the unless companies to confirm the integrity and validity of the balances of these accounts and make the necessary adjustments to differences if any.Follow-up collection of the receivables of the institution with customers and extract a statement of balances accumulated and suspended from the customer to be submitted to the head or the account officer for review and presentation to the financial director.Internal control and ensure the recording of all operations and not to drop any of the revenue or double registration for any expense and verifies the correctness of recording restrictions and internal controlReviewing the validity of the financial statements and applying accounting principles, policies and standards in addition to some other declarations or signing the special documents according to the required report type
Job Requirements :
