Previous experience in Real estate is a Must Lead the company’s financial strategy and planning throughout the best Financial Practice, techniques, and Modelling.Assist in the process of preparing annual budgets by providing assistance / directions to managersReview all of contractor’s invoices, labors payable cost schedulePrepare the monthly Assets & Liabilities reconciliation along with their supportive backupEnsure that all pending A&L balances are resolved on a timely mannerFollow up the collection of the A/R balancesResponsible for the month end closing processReview the monthly P&L results with the department managersHandle the matters related to tax authorities either dues settlement or tax audit.Ensures that accounting activities are performed according to legislation.Ensures timely consolidation of balance sheets, profit and loss, etc.Assures adequate documentation/support of transactions and reportsConsider, review and verify costs, expenses, and revenuesReview all of contractor’s invoices, labors payable cost schedulePrepare the monthly Assets & Liabilities ,reconciliation along with their supportive backupPlan and direct the efforts of the employees in the financial department of the companyPrepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
Job Requirements :
Academic degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsExperience from 15 to 20 years10 years as a financial manager in Real estate and /or construction industry is a must Post graduate financial studies and certificates are a mustAdvanced knowledge in the usage of Oracle fusion software applicationsProven knowledge of financial analysis and strategyProfessional knowledge in budgetary methods, procedures, monitoring and controlExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsIn-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulationsProfessional knowledge in accounting and finance principles, methods, and applicationsCash Flow Sense Analytical skillsExcellent command of English and ArabicExcellent Attention to detailExcellent Interpersonal skills ,Excellent Negotiation skills
