- Register Service / Breakdown calls on receipt of intimation, maintaining of record, taking feedback & closing the same.
- To assign service personal for attending the Service / Breakdown call as required, by keeping respective leader in loop.
- To track and close Service / Breakdown call by obtaining closure report with necessary documentation.
- Generate daily / weekly / monthly report on Service Call status, productivity, revisits, etc. and circulate as defined
. · To carryout customer feedback survey at defined intervals and circulate to the stakeholders as defined.
- To create service sales jobs in SAP system as per procedure, on receipt of instruction from the sales / service leaders.
- To assign material, resources, misc. expenses, etc. to the jobs as and when used / deployed, to ensure capturing of all expenses as and when it is incurred.
- To generate budget variance report of each job at defined intervals and circulate to the stakeholders as defined.
- To generate service sales job report at defined intervals and circulate to the stakeholders as defined.
- To handle release of materials from warehouse for job usage, in coordination with Installation / Service Leaders.
- To handle site / job return items by segregating unused / used / damaged and handover suitable with necessary documentation.
- To create Preventive Maintenance Planner and update against actual.
- To generate revenue variance report on preventive maintenance at defined intervals and circulate to the stakeholders as defined.
- To prepare manpower deployment plan in coordination with Installation / Service Leaders and update against actuals.
- To generate manpower utilization report at defined intervals and circulate to the stakeholders as defined.
- To create and maintain Equipment Master for HVAC, Refrigeration, Kitchen & Laundry.
- To handle equipments delivered to workshop by tracking the process from receipt of equipment in workshop till delivery to customer after repair.
- To maintain warranty records for all categories of equipments / jobs.
- To handle warranty administration for all categories of equipments / jobs, with customer and with respective manufacturer / principals.
- To identify spare parts under warranty claim from exploded view / spare parts manual for all categories of equipments.
- To generate report on open warranty claims with customer and with respective manufacturer / principals at defined intervals and circulate to the stakeholders as defined.
- To manage & maintain product / job data Library in hard & soft copy.
- To handle Service Coordinator’s roll as and when assigned.
- To lead / guide support staffs and obtain desired output for smooth function of the department.
- To ensure timely action at each point, to ensure that no loss is incurred by the company, due to delayed action.
Qualification & Experience:
- 10 – 12 years of experience relevant to this role.
- Should have prior experience in reputed organizations with hands on working knowledge on Field Service Management, on chilled water, DX, refrigeration system involving major brands like Daikin, Carrier, Trane, York, Baltimore, Marley, Evapco, etc.
- Should have prior experience in Field Service Management for Service business
