Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for conducting and/or assisting with the training of Field Representatives, encompassing both practical field instruction and classroom-based learning, in accordance with the WTI Training Policy. This includes ensuring the accurate completion of all service-related documentation, delivering comprehensive safety training and maintaining corresponding documentation for all Field Representatives within the designated region, and evaluating and certifying Field Representatives, encompassing, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness and Toolbox Talks. Furthermore, the incumbent will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all services provided, manage, monitor, and document Field Representative performance, implement appropriate corrective actions to address employee and work-related issues in consultation with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and Human Resources (HR) as necessary. The incumbent will collaborate with HR and Recruiting in the hiring process, ensuring the timely submission of all required documentation to the corporate office. The incumbent will also conduct new employee orientations, providing training on company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and essential technical and safety information. Administrative responsibilities include managing all administrative matters and related paperwork within the region, such as expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Technician time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Representatives, large job sign-offs, and project documentation. Daily review and correction of time reports with the administrative team are required, as is attendance at all mandated calls and meetings. The incumbent will perform any additional duties and/or projects as directed by the RBM. Required certifications include a 30-hour OSHA certification (provided by the company if necessary), with Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification preferred. The incumbent must demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, diversity awareness, planning and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, independent work capacity, problem-solving skills, delegation abilities (e.g., quoting and pricing), a high degree of accountability and ethical conduct, and exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
