**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Customer Service:** Guarantee exceptional customer service through the effective management of daily operational activities and the proficient resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
* **Operations Management:** Supervise the preparation and sale of products, ensuring their timely and accurate delivery to customers.
* **Financial Management:** Oversee financial controls, encompassing cash management and security protocols, and utilize financial reports to optimize restaurant performance.
* **Staff Management:** Manage the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of high-performing team members. Provide comprehensive training and supervision to team members and shift coordinators regarding Pickl’s products, policies, and operational processes.
* **Compliance:** Enforce strict adherence to company procedures, governmental regulations, food safety standards, and employment laws.
* **Marketing:** Support the implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales growth and profitability, including participation in Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities.
* **Inventory Management:** Maintain optimal inventory levels and procure supplies as necessary.
