Fashion Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and creative Assistant Fashion Designer Intern to join our team for the upcoming season. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience and actively contribute to the design and development of our upcoming Winter collection.

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed technical sketches and flat drawings
• Create and maintain accurate technical packages for sample development and production
• Assist in building and organizing a winter fabric library, including fabric research and documentation
• Support trend research and assist with concept boards for seasonal direction
• Participate in fittings and design reviews; update tech packs based on feedback
• Collaborate with the design team to solve problems and streamline development processes

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Must be fluent in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in technical documentation
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and receptive to constructive feedback
• Creative, flexible, and solutions-oriented with a passion for design
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Fashion Design or a related field
