Job Description:The incumbent is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of all farm operations, encompassing crop production, labor management, equipment maintenance, and resource planning. This role ensures the attainment of maximum productivity, quality, and profitability in accordance with the organization’s established agricultural objectives.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on farm management experience.
- Knowledge of modern farming methods and agricultural machinery.
- Experience in crop production and soil management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with farm management software is a plus.
