Job Description :
Develop and implement new and improved operations and processes, all with a committed focus on safety, quality, service, and cost.Ensure that the team understands that the factory’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management.Support and reinforce the effective application of the Daily Management System to validate that actions lead to desired performance improvements.Managing the factory in terms of operation and administration.Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.Identify, recommend, and implement short- and long-term business strategies.Ensure that objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.Direct practices and processes to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet quality standards and serve the needs of our customers.Lead continuous improvement initiatives.Manage the factory ensuring high-quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service, and profitability for the organization.Facilitate regular improvement planning sessions to identify key strategic opportunities to achieve manufacturing strategic goals and develop related action plans with measurable outcomes.Direct leadership team to assess progress, analyze problems, facilitate solutions, identify resources, and adjust plans as needed.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.10+ years experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within an HDPE / PVC pipes factory.In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.Familiarity with ERP systems.Working knowledge of quality control standards (ISO 9000, etc.) and health and safety regulations (OSHA, MSDS, etc.).Outstanding time management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong management and leadership skills.Effective communication skills.Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.Willing to relocate.
