Job Description :
Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and packaging departmentsEnsure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planningManage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectivesManage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measuresCreate documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewedensuring company policies and procedures are followed as well as assisting in the on boarding process of new hires and providing training and educational materials to staff membersAnalyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as Necessary Conducts talent reviews. Trains, develops and motivates staff in an effort to optimize the workforce. Delivers performance reviews and any feedback to the team as needed.Interfaces with customers and suppliers. Visits both as necessary
Job Requirements :
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Operations or Business ManagementExperience with Glass ManufacturingExperience managing to the ISO or equivalent quality standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management softwareExperience of planning, managing and organizing plant resources
