Job Description :
Facility Management ( building maintenance, cooling, Heating, electricity).Obtain the site operating authorizations. Follow up the contracts for building and management of building layout & Documents archive. Define the building maintenance plan.Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.Ensure the maintenance of Fire equipment.maintain the security camera system .Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.Ensure Water & Electricity supply on right way.
Job Requirements :
Required Qualifications:BSc. Of Engineering. Minimum 3 years in leading teamsExcellent command of English.Flexibility and working under stress.Multi-tasks oriented.Problem solving, analytical thinking, Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.Good Communication skills
