We seek a highly qualified and experienced Facility Corporate Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Senior Specialist to manage and oversee all facility management (FM) activities across RUA corporate assets and sites. Key responsibilities include performing specialized maintenance tasks, repairs, and diagnostics on complex facility systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive inspections and diagnostics to identify technical deficiencies and formulate effective repair and maintenance strategies.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule specialized maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for mission-critical systems and equipment.
* Apply advanced technical expertise to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices in all maintenance operations, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.
* Support the Facility Operations & Maintenance Manager in the evaluation and selection of external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of maintenance procedures, equipment specifications, and repair histories for reference and compliance purposes.
* Provide training and technical guidance to junior technicians and maintenance staff on specialized maintenance techniques and procedures.
* Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts, facilitating the swift and effective resolution of facility-related incidents.
* Collaborate with project teams during new construction or renovation projects to integrate specialized maintenance requirements and ensure operational readiness.
* Remain current on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in specialized facility maintenance to propose and implement operational enhancements.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on specialized maintenance activities, performance metrics, and project updates as required.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including the Facility Operations & Maintenance Manager, team members, contractors, and other departments.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety consciousness, and professional development within the maintenance team.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in facility operations and maintenance, demonstrating proven expertise in managing corporate facilities and utilities.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Facility Management and Maintenance, Facilities and Utility Management, and Facility Operations.
* Proficiency in Facilities Cost Budgeting and Asset Lifecycle Planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation and long-term asset sustainability.
* Strong capabilities in Asset Optimization, Asset Planning & Utilization Management, and Equipment and Assets Safety.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports, documenting procedures, and effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
