Job Description :

Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.Review utilities consumption and attempt to minimize costs .Control activities like waste disposal, building security etc ..Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issuesDeveloping maintenance procedures and ensuring implementationKeep maintenance logs and report on daily activitiesEnsure health and safety policies are complied withPlan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesAllocate and supervise upkeep staffCarry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

Job Requirements :

BSc/BA in facility management, business administration or relevant fieldWell-versed in technical operations and facilities management best practicesKnowledge of basic accounting and finance principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsGood analytical/critical thinkingProven experience as facilities or Maintenance manager or relevant position not less than 8 yearsExperience in planning maintenance operationsMales Only
