Job Description:**Option:**

Oversee and direct the activities of maintenance, groundskeeping, and skilled trades personnel. Develop and implement daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules and project plans. Conduct regular inspections of university facilities to ensure adherence to safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and functional performance. Address maintenance requests and emergency situations with promptness and efficacy. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repair work, renovation projects, and equipment maintenance services. Enforce compliance with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and university policies. Maintain comprehensive records pertaining to maintenance activities, inspections, inventory management, and budgetary expenditures. Contribute to the development of preventative maintenance programs and energy efficiency initiatives. Provide training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for staff in conjunction with Human Resources as required. Support the preparation and management of operational budgets for supplies.
