Job Description :

Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks.Attending executive meetings and prepares minutes of meetings.Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.Make travel arrangements for executivesCompose correspondence, and prepare statistical reports.Maintain Databases and filing systems.Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.Maintain office procedures.Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secureDevelop a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s DegreeStrong communication, presentation and problem solving skills.Advanced level of EnglishAdvanced Microsoft OfficeCommunication skillsOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask
