Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide Calendar management for COO
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Trustees
- Coordinate with all Executive Team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters pertaining to COO
Skills
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Min 5 year experience in similar field
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
