Executive Manager – Cairo Branch

Job Description :

Job Objectives We are searching for a perceptive, creative Executive Manager for the Cairo Branch. The Executive Manager will lead, train, and evaluate administrative team members in all admin departments of the company. In addition to developing, reviewing, and improving policies, systems, and procedures; generally, ensure the branch operates smoothly and efficiently and serves the general company goals.Responsibilities:Preparing strategic plans for the company’s branch and discussing them with senior management.Ensure the development of programs and tactical plans to achieve the company’s objectives.Participate in the evaluation and identification of the most important major investments in the company’s equipment and infrastructure.Participate in providing and suggesting effective strategies that lead to the growth and development of the company’s business and that do not affect it negatively.Setting management goals for the company.Develop and review the company’s administrative systems, processes, and policies.Preparing annual and quarterly reports and discussing them with the Board of Directors.Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Cairo branch for each of the administrative departments and staff members.Attending Board of Directors meetings and drafting issued decisions in addition to developing plans based on these decisions.Following the processes of Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.Follow up the work procedures of the procurement department and provide the necessary needs.Working with the financial department and other management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.Follow up on the company’s contracts with other clients and evaluate the necessary reports on them.

Job Requirements :

Master of Business Administration is Must.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field.The age is not more than 45 years ago.Experience in a related field, such as financial reporting or management is preferred.Experience in corporate management, preferably those with experience in Saudi Arabia.Preferably have an experience in the contracting field.Experience in information technology, ERB Systems, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.Preferably have experience in Odoo System.Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.Excellent command of English.
