Job Description
Drafting, Review and provide legal advice on commercial leases and related documentationReview and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.Review the progress of ongoing litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyersFormulate compliance checklists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities
Skills
We are looking for candidates with a UAE Driving License.Candidates must have an Initiative and Ability to provide solutions, Drive Critical Skills ( eg. Initiative, Verbal & Written communication, analytical abilityDrafting, Conflict Management, NegotiationOnly Candidates in UAE will be considered.Knowledge of DIFC Laws will be preferred.
