Job Overview: Here’s your chance to step into the role of Executive- Accounts Receivable (Collections) at Dubai Holding Group Services.

In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:
Key Role And Responsibilities
Recover overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships with customers, reduce bad dept, and minimizes financial losses due to non-payment
Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans or settlements
Process payments and ensure accurate transaction recording
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding outstanding debts
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
Ensure compliance with relevant debt collection laws and internal policies
Protect customer privacy and handle data confidentially
Locate customers with updated contact information and verify account accuracy
Generate and share reports on overdue accounts and collection progress
Provide customer support by offering solutions like payment plans or refinancing
About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Education: Bachelors’ degree
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collection
Good understanding of the finance function and processes
Experience working in collection of real estate field
