Job Description
An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing of ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Business process reengineering and leading the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with ERP configuration.
- Monitor the cost, calculate the number of resources for the project and deploy it for the project.
- Understand departments requirements and design a comprehensive strategy for achieving the successful outcome of the project.
- Develop good communication with the respective implementation partner,
- End to End management and coordination of the project and responsible for the successful implementation.
- Prepare ERP blueprint
- Arrange all the facilities to the team who are working on the project, provide training, support and extract the best out of the team.
- Solve complex problems which arise in the ERP implementation and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time.
- Design a schedule for the project set a timeline for each member of the team and delegate the specific tasks to each member of the project.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
- Predict risk factors and eliminate them for the successful completion of the project.
- Frequent reporting about the project progress.

Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of ERP implementation experience working directly with ERP solution partners, Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance teams in a cross-functional environment
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- Mastery level in business process engineering (services industry)
- Experience designing, building, configuring and deploying scalable, highly available systems
- In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages and business processes.
- Knowledge of general accounting rules
- Reports to senior management on deployment plans, project deliverables, and related matters
- Experience managing projects with external vendors, cross-functional teams, designing and implementing sustainable processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/undefined problems
