Job Description
We are looking for Sales and Business development executives who can build, facilitate and drive new customer acquisition in Saudi Arabia to support our global revenue goals. Reporting to the Middle East Sales Head, this individual would drive revenue attainment, help amplify our localized go-to-market efforts, close enterprise leads and build strategic partnerships in the region.
These individuals will play a critical role in expanding the reach of our Premium product offerings in the market to large enterprise clients. The Sales Executive will also work closely with other functions within company such as Marketing, Product, Delivery, Legal/ Finance to ensure the needs and insights from the local markets are funneled appropriately.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Understand suite of products and confidently demo to CXOs and Tax Heads of Large Middle East / KSA companies (>$500mn revenue)
- Be able to generate your own leads when required – via cold calling, referrals
- Be able to negotiate and close high value deals in the face of stiff competition
- Have a deep understanding of features set, product roadmap, and market to accurately address a customer’s needs
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to deals closure; Maintain relationships and grow existing accounts
- Collaborate with category team to develop right pitch books, sales/ partnerships collaterals
- Identify and onboard strategic partners to grow business; Maintain long-term strategic relationships with such partners
- Get insights on competition and position Company’s USP’s to ensure we come out on top as part of the evaluation
- Build in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business priorities, challenges, and overall market needs that can be translated into product offerings
Skills
Skill set
- Experience in selling to Large Enterprises in the Middle East (KSA preferred) and have a proven track record; Any experience in the Compliance/Tax technology domain is a plus.
- Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals
- High-level technical aptitude to understand our products and how they serve customer needs
- Experience in managing revenue targets and delivering growth
- Strong network/relationships with CXOs in Middle East market and ability to build strategic relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage stakeholders at CXO and mid senior level
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in extremely high pace environment with cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Arabic speaking/ writing is plus
Qualifications
- Sales experience in Technology/SAAS Companies (or) Consultant from tier-1 tax and compliance consulting firms or tax technology domain
- 3-6 years of experience with experience in delivering revenue targets
- Candidates residing in KSA/ UAE
- Candidate will be based in KSA
- Expected to travel and meet customers on day to day basis
