**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to join our Core Business Unit. This role is focused on partnering with our most strategic Real Estate clients to foster growth and achieve unparalleled customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce’s engagement with key Real Estate clients in the region, encompassing both existing accounts and the development of high-potential new business.

This is a strategic role for a seasoned sales professional with a demonstrated record of success in managing complex, high-value enterprise relationships. As a member of our Core Sales team, the Account Executive will assume ownership of the full account strategy, executive alignment, and multi-cloud growth plans, positioning Salesforce as a strategic transformation partner to leading Real Estate organizations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead a strategic portfolio of enterprise Real Estate customers, encompassing existing accounts and new logo acquisition.
* Develop and articulate the vision, strategy, and executive engagement plan for each assigned account.
* Drive alignment across Salesforce’s Core CRM, AI, Data Cloud, and Industry Cloud teams to deliver comprehensive customer value.
* Serve as the primary executive sponsor from Salesforce, driving long-term digital transformation outcomes for clients.
* Accelerate Salesforce’s presence and revenue generation within high-value enterprise Real Estate accounts.
* Define and execute multi-year strategic growth plans that align with customer business priorities.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective territory planning, strategic prospecting, and relationship development.
* Navigate complex deal cycles, foster internal collaboration, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, providing guidance on their digital strategy through the Salesforce platform.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven and verifiable experience in enterprise software or cloud technology sales.
* Demonstrated success in leading strategic enterprise accounts, including large transformational, multi-cloud engagements.
* Comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate sector or similar capital-intensive industries.
* Established ability to engage with C-level executives, influence decision-making processes, and lead account teams effectively.
* Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and long-term account planning capabilities.

Additional Requirements

University graduate calibre.
Based in the UAE or willing to relocate within 3 months.
Valid UAE driving license.
Fluent in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.
No restrictions on international or regional travel.
