The Enrichment Program Coordinator holds responsibility for the comprehensive design and strategic planning of all enrichment curricula and programs within the STEAMulation Hub center. This encompasses the effective implementation, execution, and ongoing supervision of all programs throughout the year, ensuring the delivery of edutainment practices of the highest caliber and adherence to Innovvette’s policies and regulations. The Coordinator will develop, train, mentor, and coach the center’s counseling and animation team in accordance with the programs, policies, and systems established by STEAMulation Hub. Furthermore, the Coordinator will cultivate business partnerships, both existing and new, to support the diverse activities and plans of STEAMulation Hub. In collaboration with the Finance & IT Department, the Coordinator will assist in the development and monitoring of program finances, regulating the budget to achieve objectives. Additionally, the Coordinator will support the Marketing Department in closely monitoring Innovvette’s and its brands’ market positioning within the child enrichment sector, and will periodically brief corporate management with all pertinent internal and external information and data related to Innovvette’s performance, market positioning, and market share. The Coordinator is expected to meet customer satisfaction targets, maintain client acquisition and retention objectives, uphold sound financial planning and operational compliance, and ensure the program operates according to established high standards, thereby maintaining the organization’s reputation for excellence. The Coordinator is further required to positively represent the company and its brands to the community, inspire and guide the team to provide exceptional customer service, and exemplify expected professional conduct.
