Job Description:Assuming the role of **Director of English Language Programs**:
The Director of English Language Programs is responsible for the oversight and enhancement of the English language program. This includes the supervision and support of English language instructors to maintain exemplary teaching standards; the development, implementation, and evaluation of English language curricula and instructional resources; and the monitoring of classroom instruction with the provision of constructive feedback to teaching personnel. Furthermore, the Director organizes and conducts professional development workshops and training sessions for English language instructors; coordinates assessment and evaluation procedures to gauge student progress and program efficacy; facilitates communication among instructors, students, and administration to resolve academic matters; ensures adherence to institutional policies, educational mandates, and regulatory stipulations; assists in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of new English teaching personnel; fosters a supportive and inclusive academic environment for both students and educators; and prepares and presents periodic reports detailing program results, instructor performance, and student accomplishments.
