Job Description
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex machinery. The Electromechanical Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on electromechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery, including both electrical and mechanical components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to avoid breakdowns and improve overall reliability.

Repair and Calibration:
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as sensors, motors, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Calibrate machinery to ensure accuracy and precision in performance.

Installation and Upgrades:
- Assist in the installation of new electromechanical systems.
- Implement upgrades to existing systems for improved efficiency and performance.

Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.
- Create documentation for standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.

Collaboration:
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical issues and optimize equipment performance.
- Provide support during the design and implementation of new equipment or modifications.

Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance and repair activities.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Proven experience as an Electromechanical Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, mechanical systems, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and procedures.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Industry certifications in electromechanical technology.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
