**Job Summary:**

Square Engineering Firm is currently seeking a highly qualified and meticulous Electrical Technical Office Team Leader Engineer to assume responsibility for the management and oversight of intricate electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, electrical system design, site supervision, and the effective leadership of technical teams across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments.

**Principal Responsibilities:**

* Direct, mentor, and develop the electrical technical team to optimize project execution efficiency.
* Supervise BIM modeling, drafting, and coordination activities for electrical and low current (LC) systems utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, and associated software platforms.
* Review and approve shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), panel schedules, and coordination plans to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to proactively address design discrepancies and resolve technical challenges.
* Oversee the design and implementation of medium voltage (MV), low voltage (LV), and LC systems, encompassing lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), structured cabling, nurse call systems, security systems, intrusion detection systems, intercom systems, and smart building solutions.
* Conduct site supervision, testing, and commissioning procedures to verify compliance with established quality and safety protocols.
* Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), material submittals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity surveys, and as-built drawings to maintain accurate project documentation.
* Facilitate technical meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
