Job Description:**Electrical Technical Office Team Leader – Position Announcement**
Square Engineering Firm is currently seeking a highly qualified and meticulous Electrical Technical Office Team Leader to manage and supervise complex electrical engineering projects at our Madinaty location. This is a full-time position requiring extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, electrical system design, site supervision, and the leadership of technical teams across a variety of infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Direct, mentor, and develop the electrical technical team to ensure the effective execution of projects.
* Supervise BIM modeling, drafting, and coordination for electrical and low current (LC) systems utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, and related software applications.
* Review and approve shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), panel schedules, and coordination plans.
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design conflicts and address technical issues.
* Oversee the design and implementation of medium voltage (MV), low voltage (LV), and low current (LC) systems, including lighting, power, fire alarm, Building Management Systems (BMS), structured cabling, nurse call, security, intrusion, intercom, and smart building solutions.
* Conduct site supervision, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure adherence to established quality and safety standards.
* Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), material submittals, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity surveys, and as-built drawings.
* Facilitate technical meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering with leadership roles.
- Proficient in BIM software (Revit), AutoCAD, DIALux, ETAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong expertise in MV, LV, and LC systems, including public address, nurse call, security, intrusion, intercom, and smart building technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong adaptability, critical thinking, and ability to thrive in dynamic project environments.
